Project Overview

PepperGreen Estate is a winery and tasting room in the Southern Highlands, renowned for its award-winning cool climate wines and premium extra virgin olive oil. 

I have worked with PepperGreen Estate since its conception in 2019, when the brand existed solely as a logo. My involvement spans from developing the initial branding and launch collateral, through to now designing sales materials for global markets in 2025. This ongoing partnership has been a defining chapter of my design career, offering opportunities to work across a diverse range of projects. These include labels, marketing collateral, digital graphics, signage, event planning, customer experience design, content creation, and most recently, managing a team of designers dedicated to the brand. Here I’ve curated a selection of highlights that best demonstrate the breadth and impact of my creative work for PepperGreen Estate.

Festive Bookings Campaign

To encourage bookings during the 2024 festive period, I crafted a campaign that captured the sophistication of PepperGreen Estate’s dining experiences. 

Staying consistent with the classic branding, I used a minimalistic approach that emphasised signature design elements, while introducing a new brand mark to advertise these particular dining packages as exclusive and unmissable. 

I also designed a digital dining packages brochure, engaging email campaigns and social media graphics to create a memorable experience for customers across all touchpoints. This resulted in a successful festive season with record booking numbers.

Olive Leaf Gin

In 2023, PepperGreen Estate expanded its product line with the launch of an Olive Leaf Gin. I was tasked with designing the product label and creating a suite of supporting print collateral including posters, flyers, and tasting cards, coordinating directly with print suppliers to bring these to life. My design approach focused on maintaining the brand’s luxurious aesthetic while introducing olive and botanical elements to set the gin apart from the established wine range.

In addition to print collateral, I designed and developed the Olive Leaf Gin website page using WordPress, created targeted email campaigns, and devised a comprehensive social media strategy to ensure a successful product launch.

Email Marketing & Customer Journeys

I have developed hundreds of email campaigns delivered to PepperGreen Estate’s database, promoting new wine releases, special events and seasonal celebrations.

This includes multiple customer journey maps I have designed, tested and refined. My most complex journey is the evolving Wine Club map, featuring four membership tiers, each receiving customised emails based on their sign-up date.
