Project Overview

Charterhouse Recruitment is a global recruitment agency with two key divisions, Charterhouse Partnership and Charterhouse Medical. I led a brand refresh for Charterhouse Australia, designing the People Over Placements. Always. tagline brand to become a defining symbol of the company. The project included designing internal communications collateral and materials for recruitment and onboarding, aimed at strengthening company culture and attracting top talent.

Transforming a Brand Identity

The previous visual identity had an existing colour scheme but lacked a cohesive appearance across digital and print collateral. When our team came onboard I was tasked to address this issue, creating fresh brand guidelines, a suite of new brand elements, updated brochures, presentations, email campaigns and social media templates. 

Additionally, I produced a series of branded animations for video content and collaborated with a video production team to capture footage for promotional use. I then developed this content into bite-sized campaigns, such as the International Women’s Day video featured below.
